Cymbals
Cymbals always come in pairs, connected by a leather string. The relief-like patterns (OM-sign or sign for luck) are symbolic and have no direct influence on the sound. The Tibetans imagine how their meaning is spread via the sound.
Cymbals have an extremely high sound and resonate mainly with the head area. They leave you feeling clear and awake and in sound massage are often used to end the treatment.
Most of our cymbals are manufactured in India by Tibetans in exile. Only the ZEN-cymbals developed by Peter Hess especially for the use in sound massages are produced in Nepal. They are founded of bronze, finished by hand and polished.
Peter Hess® Zen-cymbals
The ZEN-cymbals developed by Peter Hess are designed for use in sound massage. They have been developed from years of experience and research in sound work. These cymbals have an uniquely clear and long-lasting sound. Area of application: third eye and crown chakra.
