Returns Policy -100% Money Back Guarantee
In case you are not happy with any item you buy from our Webshop, you have the liberty to return it within 30 days from the time of purchase. It is advisable to open the package upon delivery and check for any problems as soon as possible. You can exchange the returnable product with another one, or claim for a full refund. To qualify for the money back guarantee, the returned item must not be damaged, unused, and in the original sealed condition. However, we will only credit you until the product or merchandise reaches our warehouse plant in Germany. The return cost must be pay by the customer.
We request our clients to report defective products within 2 days. This will allow us to provide prompt assistance on how to go about the return procedure. Amyway, you can return faulty products in 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase, or within the period specified in the manufacture's warranty. You have the choice of exchanging the defective product with the same one that is in good condition, or request for a refund.
Warranty:
The warranty period is limited to 24 months. In particular, after the first six months the burden of proof that the product was faulty at the purchase date lies with the buyer.
Shipping
Currently we only accept orders with billing and shipping addresses within the EEC. If you are located elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us directly. We will do our best to fulfil all orders within 1 day but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay.
Order confirmation:
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order, sent to the email address you supplied. This email will include your order number and order summary.
Delivery time
Orders received before 1pm will normally be sent out on the same day.&xnbsp; Please place all orders as early as possible in the day. If an item(s) on your order is out of stock, it will be backordered and will be shipped to you with no additional shipping costs when we receive it.
Delivery Charges
There is a flat postage & packing charge of 9 Euro for all orders under the value of 160 Euro. For all orders over this value we will charge no delivery fee. Any requested special delivery requirements are charged to the customer.
Payment
Payments must be made at time of purchase with a credit or debit card. Prepayment or cash on delivery is also possible.
Your Rights
These Terms and Conditions together with our 'Shipping & Returns' regulation do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases German law shall apply.

Our terms of delivery & sales apply exclusively; we do not recognize opposing or conditions of the orderer deviating from our terms of sale. Our terms of sale apply, even if we fulfill the supply in knowledge of deviating conditions of the orderer.
If any of these English regulations differ from our German terms and conditions (Allgemeine Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen), the German regulations always apply. Upon your wish, we will send you our German terms and conditions.
All agreements, which are made between us and the orderer for execution of the present contract are laid down in these terms.
Our terms of delivery and sales apply only to entrepreneurs in the sense of § 310 Abs. 1 BGB.
If the orderer comes into default of acceptance or violates other obligations to cooperate, then we are entitled to a refund of our damage.
We to limit our liability according to the legal regulations in Germany, as far as a sales contract in the sense of German law § 286 Abs. 2 NR. 4 BGB or of § 376 HGB is effective.
Transportation and all other packing materials are not taken back. The orderer is obligated to provide for a disposal of the packing at his own expense.
If the orderer wishes, we will cover the shipment up by a transport insurance. The orderer bears the cost of the insurance.
Claims of the orderer presuppose that an investigation in accordance with German law according to § 377 HGB was performed.
If no deliberate violation of the contract was done, the payment of damages is limited to the foreseeable and typically occurring damages.
The period of limitation for requirements is limited to 12 months starting from passage of the risk.
The period of limitation in the case of a delivery recourse according to German law §§ the 478, 479 BGB remains unaffected; amounts to five years starting from delivery of the faulty product.
Any further liability for payment of damages as outlined above is impossible. This applies in particular to claims for damages with conclusion of this contract, because of other obligations, injuries or because of requirements on refund of damages to property in accordance with German law § 823 BGB.
As far as the payment of damages and liability is not possible or restricted as outline above, this also applies to the personal liability of our employees, employees, coworkers, representatives and executing aides.
The right of property of the ordered goods remains with PD Vertrieb GmbH as long as no payment as due according to this contract is received. With behavior contrary to our terms and in particular in case of a delay of payment, we are entitled to take the ordered product back.
The orderer is obligated to treat the purchased product with care. In particular the product has to be insured against water, theft and other damage sufficiently at the expense of the orderer.
The city of jurisdiction is 30938 Burgwedel in Germany; we are however entitled to sue the orderer also at his domicile court.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is always appplied; the validity of the UN purchased law is not possible.
